Carl's diving adventures began in 1987 and since then, he has become a multi agency instructor that includes SSI Platinum 1000 Master Instructor / Extended Range Diving Instructor, PADI Master Instructor / TecRec Tec Trimix / Tec Cave Diver Instructor, NAUI Instructor, DAN Diving Emergency Specialist Instructor, IANTD Normoxic Trimix and Technical Cave Diving Instructor, TDI Trimix Instructor, and NSS-CDS Cave Diving Instructor. He is also a certified repair technician and cylinder inspector. His most memorable dives have been in the Galapagos Islands, diving the wrecks of Truk Lagoon, and cave diving in Florida and the Riviera Maya, Mexico. Carl loves diving and is happy to share his knowledge and experience with divers of all levels.
Cory Lancaster - Staff Instructor
Cory was certified as an Jr. Open Water Diver when he was 13 so he could attend The Boy Scouts of America's Florida National High Adventure Sea Base in Islamorada, Florida, This was a life changing experience for him. By the age of 16 he received his PADI Master SCUBA Diver and had traveled from Saba to Grenada on various live aboard Dive trips.
He attended the Florida Sea Base Dive Master Academy in December 2014. He worked with the Boy Scouts of America as a dive master and then participated in the First Spring Instructor Development Course at Sea Base. Teaching for the Boy Scouts of America was one of the most rewarding jobs, however he wanted to teach more people to appreciate the ocean and waters of the world, so he moved back to the Houston area. He is currently an SSI Century 100 Advanced Open Water Instructor, as well as a Specialty Instructor, teaching Nitrox, Search and Recovery, Perfect Buoyancy, Night and Limited Visibility, Deep Diving, Stress and Rescue, Science of Diving and Snorkeling. His favorite courses to teach are Stress & Rescue and Search & Recovery. Cory loves to talk about diving and is always ready to provide you with cheerful service!
