Tom first began his diving career in 2003 in the cold waters off Seattle. He has since migrated south and expanded his knowledge. He received his Master Scuba Diver Credit with specialties such as Nitrox, Sidemount, and Wreck Diving. Tom has gone on to become a MSDT Instructor, EFR Instructor, and a PADI Tec Diver.
Joe Buren - Staff Instructor
Joseph, from coastal Texas, noticed that water really could be seen through and began diving in 1980 at St. Pauls Bay, Malta. Since then he has been fortunate to dive in Greece, Belize, Red Sea, and many other locations. His memorable dives have been cave diving in Mexico and wreck diving in the Red Sea. He has instructed at Sea Sports Scuba almost since it's founding and enjoys teaching all levels of diving. Joseph feels honored to be able to share his experience and knowledge with new divers.
Adam Lindsay - Instructor/Sales Associate
Adam's first dive was a resort dive in 1990. Since then, he has progressed up through the ranks to Instructor, Specialty O2 Instructor, and EFR Instructor. He originally haled from London, England but now resides in Houston. Adam is also a PSI Tank Inspector and an Equipment Repair Technician. He has a love for Spear fishing and is our Spear gun Gulf Rigging specialist.
David Hoffman - Instructor/Sales Associate
David first started diving in 2005. He enjoyed diving so much he moved up through the ranks to become a SCUBA Instructor in 2013. He taught many college students to dive while attending Texas A&M University studying Oceanography. He also worked with Texas A&M’s Scientific Diving program to teach and certify divers to be able to dive in a research setting.
